Executive Management Committee (EMC)
The primary role of the EMC is to give strategic direction to the institution in accordance with the overall mandate of the Board of Directors; to be the key link with the Board of Directors, Advisory Board, Senior Management Team and other structures, and exercise executive oversight and full accountability for compliance with the institution’s Corporate Governance requirements and strategic direction.

The EMC has an extended membership which is convened as and when necessary. Â
SENATE
Senate is the main academic and administrative decision- making body of BA ISAGO. Senate receives and deliberates on all policies, procedures and guidelines impacting the institution, for adoption and recommendation to EMC. It is the highest authority for ensuring the integrity and quality of all BA ISAGO‘s academic and administrative processes for the development and maintenance of management systems.
