OVERVIEW
ACCA is designed to provide the accounting knowledge, skills and professional values for finance professionals who are capable of building successful career across all sectors. ACCA has a strong focus on professional values, ethics and governance. These are examined at the highest level in the ACCA Qualification and are a core element of your practical experience requirements.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
There are various entry points to the ACCA programme, depending on your previous academic qualifications. These are as follows including English and Mathematics:
- Minimum Entry Requirements
Applicants must have completed two A Levels and GCSEs or equivalents in five separate subjects.
- Mature Students Entry Route (MSER)
Candidates over age of 21, with no academic qualifications, must pass the equivalent F2 (Management Accounting) and F3 (Financial Accounting) within two years before further progression to the ACCA exams is permitted.
- Graduate-entry Route
Relevant degree holders from ACCA accredited institutions may be exempted from all nine exams within the Fundamentals Level and register directly at the Professional level. Other Degrees within relevance may also qualify for exemptions.
