Message from the Director of Admissions, Marketing and Communications
Our current and prospective learners are at the front and centre of all our operations. The Division is responsible for ensuring a seamless student customer journey through setting relevant policies, procedures, quality standards, customer service standards and ensuring their delivery to all current and prospective students. The Division plays a leading role in creating value for the University and enhancing its corporate image through brand guardianship.
Functions of Student Administration Division
The Student Administration Division is charged with the responsibility of coordinating and facilitating the following services; career guidance, applications, admissions, semester registrations, exemptions, credit transfers, student recruitment, sponsorship applications and assist in marketing of BA ISAGO University programme at HRDC Fair and other related events. The division is guided by the Student Administration policy which stipulates all the rules and regulations that guide daily operations of the division.
Admissions
BA ISAGO University aims to attract all applicants with the highest intellectual potential from all walks of life irrespective of social, racial, cultural or religious background. The University has been operating in the tertiary education landscape for more than more than twenty (20) years and we pride ourselves with attracting students who are doing well in job market and entrepreneurial space. The University is a good corporate citizen and we takes cognisance of the affirmative action which caters for applications from less privileged backgrounds such orphans and vulnerable children (OVC’s), people living with disabilities and rural area dwellers programme (RADP). In order to qualify our programmes, applicants have to meet certain entry requirements. The general entry requirements for degree programmes is at least five credits, diploma four credits and certificate three credits. However we have programmes which require applicants to have credited specific subjects such as english, science or mathematics. Prospective students can access programme entry requirements from the University prospectus or faculty brochures.
