Ms. Kelebogile Makati is a dynamic and highly motivated professional with 14 years’ experience in a higher education environment. She is well versed with both academic and administrative roles, including teaching and assessment, programme review, quality assurance in higher education, curriculum development, institutional audits and accreditation. 

She holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Quality Assurance in Education from Botswana Open University (BOU), Masters Degree in Business Administration from Amity University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University Of Botswana (UB). 

Additionally, she pursued professional development courses on the Implementation of a Quality Management System (BOS ISO 9001:2008/15), Quality Management System Documentation (BOS ISO 9001:2015) and Quality Management System Auditor (BOS ISO 9001:2015) with the Botswana Bureau of Standards (BOBS).

Kelebogile Makati currently works for BA ISAGO University as the Manager Curriculum Development and has been with the University for the past nine years. Based on her outstanding performance, she raised from the rank of officer to Manager in September 2019. 

Ms. Makati has previously worked as a Lecturer in a private tertiary institution and is engaged by the Botswana Qualifications Authority (BQA) as a Peer Reviewer on a part time basis.
