Mr. Tshipana holds a BSocSci (Psychology and Industrial Sociology- University of Cape Town), Emerging Leaders Programme and a Certificate Programme in Industrial Relations.
He has worked as Human Resources Learner Official, Human resources Officer, Human Resources Manager-Talent, HR Practitioner – Assurance and Governance and is currently HR Manager-Engineering at Debswana, Orapa and Letlhakane Mine.
He is a registered member of the Health Professions Council of South Africa – Psycho Technician.
