Mr. Moemedi Vati holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration specializing in Human Resource Management from the University of Botswana. Mr. Vati is a highly experienced and effective Human Resource professional with outstanding experience in recruitment, training and development, industrial relation, organisational development and HR services systems in different industries including Mining, Manufacturing, Health Insurance and Construction. 

He has previously occupied various Human Resources related positions like HR Officer, HR Business Partner & IR Coordinator, and Human Resource & Admin Manager.  

 Mr. Vati is a performance driven individual who is agile and proactive, and is able to work well in different environments to enable swift and effective change in order to give the employees an enabling environment to perform optimally.
