The University hosts a virtual Graduation Ceremony
On the 16th October 2020 the University held its 13th graduation ceremony which was held virtually in line with challenges presented by Covid-19 outbreak. A total of 617 students graduated from different faculties which include Commerce, Built Environment, Arts and Science, Law & Paralegal Studies and the Faculty of Education. Giving his address the Managing Director Mr. Odirile Gabasiane said 2020 has been a particularly tough year mainly due to the Covid-19 pandemic. “These challenges have presented serious issues in the academic life of the students as well as social life,” he said. However, they are proud that the University provides a curriculum that is market driven. The Managing Director who is also the founder went on to highlight that the institution has about 12 PhD holders and four (4) professors in the University. The guest of honor minister of Research, Science and Technology Dr Douglas Letsholathebe said that BA ISAGO University continues to play a key role in the sphere of human capital development constantly evolving and reengineering its competency and relevance. The Acting President of the University Dr Ruramayi Tadu said the students have persevered and worked hard to attain their qualifications. The ceremony ended with a virtual after party to celebrate with the graduates.
