We are committed to providing flexible, accessible and relevant academic programmes, in line with customer expectations, international best practice and the requirements of regulatory bodies. Each staff member is responsible for the provision of quality service in executing his/her role. In particular, Academic Staff are expected to design and deliver content that surpasses minimum set standards and requirements.

We will periodically review our strategies and academic programmes in order to remain relevant, competitive and to contribute meaningfully to the human capital development in Botswana and beyond. This quality policy is communicated by Executive Management and understood by all Members of staff within the University.
