We are committed to providing flexible, accessible and relevant academic programmes, in line with customer expectations, international best practice and the requirements of regulatory bodies. Each staff member is responsible for the provision of quality service in executing his/her role. In particular, Academic Staff are expected to design and deliver content that surpasses minimum set standards and requirements.
We will periodically review our strategies and academic programmes in order to remain relevant, competitive and to contribute meaningfully to the human capital development in Botswana and beyond. This quality policy is communicated by Executive Management and understood by all Members of staff within the University. Policies and systems are reviewed as needed to ensure programs meet market demands and maintain quality. Leadership shares and clarifies these commitments throughout the university, reviewing them at least every five years to ensure ongoing relevance and effectiveness.
