Borrowing Library Material

Registered library patrons can borrow library materials subjected to the library policy and the library lending procedure. 

Library material may be: 

• Requested through your library account 

• Borrowed in person at the circulation desk How many items may I borrow? Patrons may borrow a maximum of 4 books at a time for a period of two weeks. 

Library material may be renewed:

 • Online via your library account 

• In all three campus libraries at the circulation desks 

• Through contacting the library via telephone or Library Facebook Page What happens if I don't return library materials on time? 

• Failure to return library materials on time may result in a fine. 

The library charges P1.00 per item per day What must I do when the library material is damaged or lost? 

• If library material is damaged or lost, please inform the library immediately. Damage includes marking, underlining, or making notes in an item. 

• You will be required to either pay the replacement cost plus 25% handling charges or provide a new copy of the item
