Registration of Applicants
Registration occurs in line with the semester arrangements prescribed by the University. The registration process is not considered complete until the student has paid the full tuition fees, submitted all documents required by the University, and where applicable, meets any additional requirements set by the Ministry of Education for students whose fees are paid by the Ministry.

Important Notes:
- Anyone wishing to enroll as a student at the University for a particular academic year must complete and sign the official BA ISAGO Registration Form. Signing this form binds the student to adhere to all University rules, regulations, and requirements.
- Applications for Government scholarships must be submitted after the applicant has applied to the University and received an Admission Letter.
- Students not sponsored by the Government of Botswana or other sponsors must pay the full deposit of tuition fees before their registration can be confirmed. Registration will not be processed without attaching a valid payment receipt to the Registration Form.
- By signing the Registration Form, the student and/or their parent/guardian confirms familiarity with the contents of the BA ISAGO Prospectus, the Student Code of Conduct, and all relevant University rules, including those specific to their degree, diploma, or certificate programme.
Restrictions:
- The University may limit the number of study units a student can register for in a given academic year.
- Students are not allowed to register after the official registration closing date for a particular academic year.
- The University reserves the right to refuse any registration application if:
- The Registration Form is incomplete;
- Tuition and other prescribed fees have not been paid;
- A letter of sponsorship or necessary documentary evidence supporting the application has not been provided by the stipulated registration deadline.
