Students are collected upon arrival. Travel details are shared at least one week before arrival via internationalaffairs@baisago.ac.bw.

Arrival on Campus

Report to the International Affairs Office for orientation, campus tours and registration guidance.

Immigration Procedures

Study Permit Application Requirements

  • Certified passport pages valid for at least six months.
  • Two recent coloured passport-size photos.
  • Residential address in Botswana.
  • Admission Letter (Acceptance letter).
  • Proof of Payment or sponsorship.
  • Payment of P1,500 for immigration services.

Ensure your documents are certified before arrival to avoid delays.
