Registration Process

After fulfilling all admission and application requirements, students must proceed to pay tuition fees and complete their registration. Registration occurs within set deadlines, aligned to the academic calendar, which is divided into two semesters: one starting in January and the other in July.

The academic year comprises two semesters starting in January and July. Registration dates are communicated via admission letters, the website, the student portal, social media and official email.

  • Registration is permitted only within the prescribed period
  • Students must review the Student Handbook before registering
  • Non-sponsored students must confirm fees with Finance
  • Registration may be completed online or at the Admissions Office
  • Student identity cards are issued after registration
  • Replacement ID cards attract a P70 fee
