🌿 ABOUT THE EVENT
The COP30 Simulation is a groundbreaking, youth-led initiative replicating the official UNFCCC Conference of the Parties (COP) process. It will bring together 100 youth participants from across Africa and beyond for a hands-on experience in international climate negotiations. The event will offer plenary sessions, working groups, training, and cultural exchange, empowering young climate leaders with the tools to influence climate policy and action.
The simulation will conclude with the presentation of a “Gaborone Climate Pact” and a celebratory Climate Live concert, capturing the voices and visions of youth across borders.
